This website is operated by Full Tilt Customs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Full Tilt Customs. We provide this website, including all information, products, and services available through it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, policies, and notices stated here.


By visiting our site and/or buying something from us, you’re engaging in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site — including customers, browsers, vendors, and anyone else using our site or purchasing our products.


Please read these Terms carefully before using our site or making a purchase. If you don’t agree to these Terms, you may not access the site or use any services.





SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY



By using this site, you confirm that you’re at least the age of majority in your state or province, or you have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products for anything illegal or unauthorized.





SECTION 2 – PRODUCT INFO



We sell car audio equipment, lighting, batteries, accessories, and offer custom builds/installations. Product specs, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice.

We do our best to show accurate product images and descriptions, but we don’t guarantee your screen displays things 100% correctly.


If you have questions about fitment, compatibility, or application — ask before buying.





SECTION 3 – CUSTOM ORDERS & INSTALLATION



Some items, like speaker boxes, amp racks, battery banks, and custom packages are built-to-order. That means once you place the order, it’s locked in.


Any deposits or payments made for custom work or installation are non-refundable.





SECTION 4 – NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS



All sales are final.

At Full Tilt Customs, we don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges — no exceptions. Once you buy it, it’s yours. Whether it’s a subwoofer, amp, wiring kit, or a full build — it’s final sale.

SECTION 5 – ORDER CANCELLATION



We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason — including suspected fraud, out-of-stock items, or misuse of the site. If we cancel your order before it ships, you’ll be refunded.





SECTION 6 – SHIPPING



We ship within the U.S. and may offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

Shipping times vary depending on location and product availability. We’re not responsible for carrier delays once the order leaves our hands.





SECTION 7 – WARRANTIES



Some brands we carry may offer manufacturer warranties. Any warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer unless stated otherwise.


We do not offer in-house warranties on used gear, clearance items, or customer-supplied products.





SECTION 8 – PAYMENT & SECURITY



All payments must be made in full before products are shipped or custom work begins. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other approved payment methods.


All transactions are encrypted and secure through Shopify’s platform.





SECTION 9 – LIABILITY



We’re not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions. If you DIY your install, you assume all risk. We recommend professional installation for all high-powered systems.





SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS



We may link to third-party sites or use external tools. We’re not responsible for the content or reliability of those third-party websites.





SECTION 11 – PROHIBITED USES



You may not use our site or services for:


  • Any illegal activity
  • Uploading viruses or malicious code
  • Harassment, hate, or abuse
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Reselling without permission



We reserve the right to ban or cancel accounts that violate these rules.
